Providers wishing to participate in managed care contracts through Physicians Contacting Organization of Texas must first become members.
To be eligible for membership in the PCOT, a physician must complete an application and be approved by the Credentialing Committee and Board of
Directors.
All applicants are charged a non-refundable application fee of $350.
Primary Care Physicians (PCPs)
The membership fee to PCOT for PCPs (defined as Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, and General Practice) is $500 annually.

Specialists
The membership fee to PCOT for specialists is $1000 annually.

Allied Health Professionals
Allied Health Professionals may participate as Affiliate Non-Voting Members only. The annual fee is $250.
